Full ownership and leadership of proposal development and delivery, including pre-submittal questions, written and oral deliveries, evaluation notices (ENs) or pre-award questions, proposal amendments, and final proposal revisions (FRPs). Plan, schedule, budget, outline and lead storyboard and text development, management reviews, and production of proposal products. Work with Capture Managers and Program Managers to develop and capture proposed solution, including but not limited to technical, management, cost and transition solutions. Advise and assist assembly of appropriate authors, section and volume leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other support personnel to successfully develop proposals.
